As a licensed LL with experience across a range of products from credit cards and home equities to auto loans, Diane supports RenoFi’s sales team with a deep industry knowledge and a continuous improvement mentality. Previous experience in the software and information technology sectors has also refined Diane’s understanding of advancing customer engagement in today’s digital landscape.
When Diane isn’t working, you will likely find her taking Art or English classes in pursuit of her degree, attempting new Asian-inspired recipes, tending to her vegetable garden, or relaxing somewhere on a beach. She’s also the mom of a rescue Pit Bull, Baby.
Starting her career as a bank teller for a federal credit union, Diane’s innate customer-centric, team-driven mindset quickly propelled her through the ranks to Loan Officer, and eventually, Enablement Manager, in which she built and led her own team of trainers with strong go-to-market strategies and organizational effectiveness. Diane’s extensive resume includes a mix of well-established companies and growing startups within the mortgage industry, including RoundPoint Corporation, Ally Home, Better.com, and more.
