Sharing data and documents with the lender
RenoFi values your privacy and the security of your personal information. RenoFi will use secure measures to share the information and documents you provide with your lender and, when necessary, our service providers to efficiently facilitate your home renovation loan application. We do not share your information with anyone else.

In order to match you with a lending partner and/or submit a loan application on your behalf, you consent to RenoFi sharing the information you provide to RenoFi’s lending partner(s), including personal financial details and documentation, employment records and documents, and renovation plans, estimates and other project details. You also agree to RenoFi’s online Privacy Policy and financial Gramm-Leach-Bliley Privacy Notice, which outline how RenoFi uses and shares the information it collects through your use of the website and seeking to obtain financial products/services through us.
After your inquiry and/or application is submitted, the lender will share your loan application and information with us, including your application status (ex. approved, denied, counter-offered), conditions needed to fully approve your application, loan amount, rate and other loan details.
By clicking “I AGREE” which is your electronic signature, you grant: (1) RenoFi permission to share the information and documents you provide to us with our lending partners and, when necessary, our service providers, and (2) the lender you select permission to share your loan information with us.
